Staying Independent is reconceptualising NDIS care. We saw a problem - the carers and the allied health weren’t connecting. So we fixed it.
We created our own model of care. And it really works. We dramatically reduce the hours spent trying to contact the care team, wait for a team meeting. And then nothing happens.
Instead, we worked out a way for our allied health to directly communicate and train the support staff. And the support staff have a platform to provide feedback, keep the team informed and have a voice in the clients shared care.
