Staying Well at Work focusses on the disparity between physical and mental health, the misconceptions around what mental health actually means and particularly the perceptions in the workplace around mental health - especially within the FMCG & Automotive sectors. There will be guest interviews from the industry to explore the challenges we face and further giving you a comprehensive offering of stories, tips and advice so bit by bit we can beat the stigma.
