StayMate

We have launched the StayMate Guest Management app, which allows hotel guests to effortlessly access digital guest services on their own devices without the need to download a mobile app. StayMate provides a better option for guests as they are not interested in downloading an app before accessing the services. Recent advances in technology mean that all major mobile phone brands now have a code reader built into the camera. StayMate uses smart location codes that enable guests to access a variety of services simply by pointing the camera at any code. The StayMate app is specifically designed for guests to have instant access to the services and information they want, from multiple touch points throughout the hotel or resort. Flexibility means hotel guests can access their services within the rooms, as well as select services from any hotel location.
