The company is founded in 1991 as a successor to the first Bulgarian sea resort and the state-owned company of Balkantourist, then it is privatized in 2003.The St. St. Constantine and Helena Holding is part of one of the biggest holding companies in Bulgaria. Our portfolio includes: Hotel and tourist services - the main field of business of the company. The holding owns jointly with the subsidiary companies 16 properties in 10 towns in Bulgaria. Balneo, SPA & Wellness - the company manages Aquahouse Thermal & Beach - one of the most innovative SPA Complex in Europe Additional business activities - management of resort area, the infrastructure facilities, the retail premises, and the beaches of the St. St. Constantine and Helena Resort. Construction, maintenance and management of gated housing estates on the resort’s territory.
