St David Aparthotels is a dedicated aparthotel developer and operator based in Chester. We focus on acquiring and refurbishing character buildings in great locations. We then operate these under our St David Aparthotels brand. Our aparthotels typically comprise between ten and twenty fully self-contained studio and one bedroom apartments aimed at the upper end of the market. We have a state of the art Mews operating system and offer remote access self-check-in, supported by an on-the-ground management and house-keeping team. We do not offer ancillary facilities such as restaurants, spas and gymnasiums. Importantly, we build long-term relationships based on integrity and mutual trust and firmly believe in ‘delivering the promise’, whether its for our investors or guests. Our aim is a simple one: to be recognised by our investors, guests and peers as the best aparthotel developer and operator in the UK. The aparthotel sector offers some wonderful opportunities for our investors and us to enjoy attractive and secure investment returns.
