Stealth Company is an innovative startup founded in March 2023 thanks to the Lazio Region's "Support for Innovative Start-ups in the Video Game Sector" grant, and subsequently selected by Cinecittà Game Hub and Bologna Game Farm. We specialize in creating strategic and management video games, aiming to become leaders in the sector and bring our creations to a global audience, releasing them on every possible platform.
We believe in the personal and professional growth of every individual. We actively promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering good relationships among colleagues and creating a pleasant experience for everyone. We invest in the training of our collaborators by sharing knowledge and offering opportunities and professional development courses.
We operate with a network of over 50 professionals from all over Italy, leveraging remote work and adopting agile methodologies like Agile and Kanban to ensure efficiency and flexibility in our projects. We are socially committed to promoting gender equality, actively collaborating with numerous women professionals in the sector.
