STEAM Role is a networking app and platform where students and aspiring young professionals, top STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art/design, and math) role models, the companies that hire them and organizations that support them, come together to make the digital economy accessible to everyone.
STEAM Role’s mission is to help the workforce of the future discover whom they can become and how to get there. We accomplish this by showcasing ethnically, racially and gender diverse STEAM professionals and their career roadmaps to provide inspiration, exposure, and guidance to students and aspiring young professionals.
Additionally, STEAM Role provides a SaaS-based Diverse Talent Pipeline Platform (DTP) to assist companies by enabling them to inspire, track and hire diverse talent. STEAM Role's DTP makes it possible for diversity and talent acquisition professionals within companies to build a strong pipeline of developing candidates by tracking their credentials and progress as they acquire the necessary skills to be hired.
