SteegeXP was established in 2022 as a truly independent specialist loss adjusting and eXPert services company. The company originated as Steege in 1975, with the new company name serving as both an acknowledgement of the past and a platform for the future. XP is a methodology that consists of continuous review and response to changing customer requirements. The SteegeXP philosophy is to adopt such methods to its services, Resources are applied only as needed to report with clarity in a timely manner, before determining the customer's evolving requirements as the matter becomes better understood. In turn, each cycle prompts a review of approach and communication with all stakeholders to optimise outcomes.
