STEER Support & Mentoring CIC

As an industry we need to tackle the loss of talen, and the STEER Development Programme (SDP) has been developed to provide support for university students who are transitioning from education into a built environment career. The STEER values are targetted at reducing the skills gap by promoting diversity and inclusion in mentoring relationships and professional networking. We work by: - Highlighting built environment opportunities and career options - Deliver support for students transitioning from education into industry - Build confidence amongst the underrepresented social groups - Establish and promote networking opportunities between students and professionals
