We produce our gin with a lot of craftsmanship and in small batches; it is therefore a purebred "Small Batch Craft Gin". We focus on the quality and origin of our raw materials and prefer to source our botanicals from organic farming. In order to extract a particularly spectrum-rich aroma profile, our gin is distilled in an efficient and at the same time very gentle rectification process. The multi-layered bottoms of the column still and a precisely adjusted dephlegmator guarantee a high separation efficiency of ethanol and water vapors and thus an intensive aroma of the distillate. Before our gin is bottled and labeled, it is of course given sufficient time to mature and thus can develop its full flavor profile. Each of our bottles is individually numbered.
