Precision gluing automation for strong, secure and sustainable packaging. STELDA packaging is tamper-evident, damage-resistant and takes lesser space in both transit and storage as compared to tape-sealed cartons. STELDA packaging systems are engineered to form cartons, align cartons before gluing, glue carton top and bottom simultaneously, operate at multiple speeds, sync speed with previous line, use servo drives to ensure adequate pressure for flap folding, allow easy job change-overs, avoid exposure to parts that can inflict injuries, be retrofitted for upgrades, run on the commands of a single operator through a touchscreen and allow real-time offline or online monitoring. All our machines are CE compliant, ISO:9002 certified and come with programmable SMART CONTROL SYSTEMS that perform on-demand gluing of both batch production and random-size shipper cartons. These systems disperse temperature-controlled adhesives to maintain application consistency. Over the past decade we have engineered packaging systems to fit specific needs of manufacturers from a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG, consumer durables, electrical, spares, hardware and others who require in-line automation in their end-of-line packaging. We work closely with manufacturers to study the impact of their cartons’ constituents on their current packaging through our one-of-a-kind deformity test and an AnSYS test to quantity deformity and accordingly suggest adjustments in primary cartons so that their STELDA packaged cartons are highly stable and easily stackable.
