Die Stellfeld & Ernst GmbH ist ein vielseitiges Handelsunternehmen mit sechs Standorten in Dortmund. Das Dortmunder Traditionsunternehmen wurde 1963 von Peter Ernst gegründet. Was man dieser Tage als "Start-up" bezeichnen würde, hat sich in fast 60 Jahren Unternehmensgeschichte, von anfangs fünf Mitarbeitern und einer Tankstelle an der B1, zum führenden Anbieter von Camping-, Freizeit-, Grill- und Gartenmöbel-Artikeln mit über 240 Teammitgliedern und sechs Einzelhandelsfilialen in Dortmund entwickelt.
Heute ist das familiengeführte Unternehmen unterteilt in neun Fachhandelssortimente, den sogenannten Themenwelten. Das Sortiment umfasst mehr als 85.000 Artikel aus den Bereichen Grillgeräte, Gartenmöbel, Camping, Caravan, Anhänger, Anhängerkupplungen, Werkstatt, Gase und Partyartikel.
Die Leidenschaft für Outdoor-Living und Unternehmertum werden seit 2017 in der zweiten Generation mit Sohn Andreas Ernst als Geschäftsführer weiter vorangetrieben. S&E ist weiterhin regional verwurzelt, wächst stetig und erschließt bald den siebten Standort in Dortmund.
