Stellula Therapeutics is a biotechnology company developing next-generation gene therapies for rare and devastating neurological disorders. Our lead program, STEL8, uses advanced gene editing technology to target SCN8A Developmental and Epileptic Encephalopathy (SCN8A-DEE)—a severe pediatric genetic disorder caused by mutations in the Nav1.6 sodium channel. Current treatment options for SCN8A-DEE are limited, symptom-based, and often ineffective. At Stellula, we take a curative approach—correcting the underlying genetic mutations to deliver a permanent fix for life.
