Without any internal moving parts, the fluidic mixer can mix liquids, sludge, slurries or solids by employing low pressure air as a primary power source.
The power source is used to induce linear and angular motion to a secondary fluid i.e. the material to be mixed. The motion generated on the secondary fluid is imparted by means of an array of specially designed jets operating within an annulus in the fluidic mixer.
The low pressure air is supplied from a remote source (system compressor), there are no moving parts in contact with the material being moved, resulting in the fluidic mixer being maintenance free.
The ability to manufacture the STEM Drive fluidic mixer in various materials, enables us to adhere to varying site conditions, including hazardous environments.
A fluidic mixer, mixes approximately 217m³ per hour the mixing time is relatively short, the STEM Drive mixing system does not require to be used simultaneously and or continuously, our mixing system is both energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
