A leading network of Women Professionals in STEM. Despite decades of progress towards workplace equality, women remain underrepresented in the STEM workforce. Many women exit STEM careers due to culture, bias, and a lack of advancement opportunities. With the right tools, training, and support, women can not only thrive in these fields but become mentors and leaders driving the future of their organizations. Our community of professional women in STEM prepares women with real-world strategies and relationships that support development and advancement within STEM careers. STEM Up supports Women in Higher Education (Including students, faculty, and early-career alumna of STEM Programs) and Early and Mid-Career Professional Women in STEM.
