STEMind is a purpose-driven mental health x STEM project founded by Alishba Rehman — built for students, from early teens to young adults, who are quietly navigating struggles like anxiety, OCD, ADHD, depression, BPD, and burnout while pursuing science, tech, engineering, and math. We exist to bridge the gap between mental wellness and science-driven ambition. Because in a world obsessed with grades, grit, and performance,your brain deserves care, not just code. Through Online support spaces, lived experience storytelling,Neurodivergent-friendly resources ,Skill-building workshops on focus, overload & self-worth in STEM, STEMind aspires to end the mental health struggle of young peers in STEM. We’re building a space where vulnerability meets intellect and support meets ambition.
