Refugee children face enormous challenges, including a lack of access to education. According to the UNHCR, only 68% of refugee children enroll in primary school, and the number drops drastically to 34% for secondary school. Education is crucial for these children because it provides them with stability, hope, and skills to rebuild their futures. Without education, many refugee children risk being trapped in cycles of poverty and vulnerability, unable to pursue opportunities that could change their lives for the better. STEMlove is an organization dedicated to empowering refugee children through STEM education. We use hands-on activities to spark interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, helping children develop problem-solving skills and confidence. Our mission is to close the educational gap for refugee children by nurturing curiosity and building a strong foundation for success in STEM fields. Through our work, we hope to inspire a new generation of thinkers, innovators, and leaders who can overcome challenges and create brighter futures.
