STEMVERSE is a Haitian non-profit organization dedicated to promoting gender diversity and inclusivity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Our mission is to inspire and empower Haitian women to pursue STEM careers and to support those already working in STEM by creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative community. We aim to challenge stereotypes and misconceptions about women in STEM by showcasing the accomplishments of female STEM professionals and providing networking opportunities. Our goal is to increase the representation of women in STEM and to improve the retention rate of female STEM workers in Haiti. Together, we can create a sustainable ecosystem that fosters innovation, creativity, and excellence in STEM and empowers Haitian women to lead in this crucial field.
