Whilst leveraging existing smartphone technology step-up.fit adds real value towards the data our devices already silently collect. During our corporate journey we saw company benefits and perks play their role in talent acquisition and negotiation rather than talent retention. Helping companies to revive and revalue their current offerings whilst stimulating mental and physical health in difficult times is our calling. Gamification uses behavioural economics to coax and nudge step-up.fit users to progressively change their habits, step by step. Employees now have to deserve your incentive programs and initiatives rather than catching them up from your intranet. During the first pandemic wave in March 2020, we brainstormed about the future of remote work and current opportunities at hand. Step-up.fit has been joint programmed with a Swiss platform provider since June 2020. Our offering will be launched in 2021 with the objective to rally the best coalition of organizations sharing our values.
