STEP Management is a boutique investment, operating partner and strategic advisory firm with the mission to provide a highly analytical, bespoke and hands-on approach to investors, business owners and entrepreneurs in two distinct verticals: Real Estate Investment and Sector-Agnostic SMEs. Real Estate Investment: • Origination and co-investment in special sits/opportunistic equity and debt opportunities in Iberia. • Ad-hoc investment analysis and asset management services. • Acquisitions and transaction management from initial analysis, committee approvals and DD until closing execution. • Special situations/restructuring strategic advisory and business plan execution. Sector-Agnostic SMEs: • Origination and co-investment in SMEs opportunities in generational transition or complex situations in Spain. • Ad-hoc investment analysis and operating partner services. • Advisory on SME acquisition or sale processes, restructuring/turnaround and strategic plans or any M&A aspect. The team has worked with a wide range of capital partners (hedge funds, private equity firms, credit funds, family offices and HNWIs) having invested and managed more than €700m in several event-driven and distressed/opportunistic corporate or asset investment opportunities across Spain and Portugal.
