About Stepping Up - Empowering Leaders and Managers
Learning and Development consultancy. Projects have included supporting the establishment of an internal community of practice for an international NGO, and helping with the development of skills in training design and delivery, within the heritage sector. Other services include executive coaching, facilitation of peer learning groups, such as action learning sets, and workshops and seminars for public, private and voluntary sector organisations. Stepping Up Training was an approved ILM Centre from 2012 to 2024 delivering leadership and management qualifications as well as a specialist qualification for managers of volunteers. Felicity Dwyer was the centre manager and Maggie Piazza the quality lead.
