Step by Stones Association is a support platform for parents of children with special needs and/or rare diseases; that seeks to connect families with others who might be facing similar challenges.
We aim at improving the emotional and psycho-social welfare of our members at the same time equipping them with the knowledge that will help them take better care of themselves and simultaneously take care of their children.
We are also involved in the organization of Rare Disease Day, which is an annual event held on the last day of February to raise awareness on rare diseases and the impact it has on the patients and their caregivers.
