Stepup Parenting was set up to enable parents to discover & develop their unique parenting tools, centered around family values, to address the fast paced, ever-changing world. Parenting is a role that we play for a lifetime. We are all work-in-progress parents, learning as we go along – from our parents, doctors, friends, colleagues, relatives, the Internet & books. However, with the world changing so fast, the definition of a parent is becoming more complex & many traditional parenting methods are falling. StepUp Parenting provides a platform for proactive parents to learn and share effective parenting methods that are working in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) world. Sarmila Pande, the co-founder. felt the need while bringing up her own children, but, had limited access to world class tools and methods. Stepup Parenting now brings the latest technologies from around the world back to India & works with proactive parents concerned about their child’s future. We hope this will StepUp their Parenting Quotient and forge deeper bonds within families.
