Hello my name is Steve Crabb co-author of "Business Coaching & Mentoring for Dummies" - Wiley Press I describe what I do as "Behavioural Engineering" working with clients to exceed their own expectations. For 17 years I have worked with entrepreneurs and corporates where I coach and train people to think differently and perform at their optimum best. As an entrepreneur myself I created 2 multi million pound companies gained a wealth of "hands on" business experience and success which I incorporate into my corporate trainings and coaching practice. Clients include large multi nationals in banking, advertising and media and I love working with SME's , entrepreneurs and businesses that want to grow and flourish. Specialisations are wellbeing (stress management), strategic business growth , persuasion & influence (sales and marketing). In 2008 I was made a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming by Dr Richard Bandler (co creator of NLP) and worked with Dr Bandler and International best selling author Paul McKenna, as their head trainer. We have trained and coached over 40,000 people in NLP and hypnosis. Based in London, UK. I run a private coaching practice which operates globally which includes clients such as Olympic athletes, sports personalities, film, music and media stars and successful entrepreneurs with business coaching being my specialisation I am known for having a very effective no nonsense (and friendly) approach to personal and professional development that is transformational - I specialise in modeling and implementing effective strategies. I am fascinated in “How people do what they do, so we can learn and borrow from genius and improve upon it”.
