Its origins date back to 1980, when Assaad Stephan, one of the most prominent legal practitioners of his generation, founded Assaad Stephan Law Firm. In 2014, Nancy Stephan joined the Firm as Managing Partner, bringing with her, an impressive track record in leadership and corporate law. Mrs. Stephan has been a driving force in developing the firm's legal services and helping it grow and expand its clientele base. In 2007, Tony Faddoul joined the Firm as a Junior Associate and then became a Partner. In 2020, Mrs. Stephan launched a major structuring effort and partnered with leading lawyers, Rami Ters and Alain Gemayel, to form STG & Associates.
