About Stichting Community Plus
De stichting Community Plus stelt zich ten doel de leefbaarheid en sociale cohesie binnen de Haagse wijken te verbeteren op basis van een holistisch gedachtengoed. Zij doet dit door, zonder winstoogmerk, projecten binnen diverse sociaal-maatschappelijke domeinen te ontwikkelen en te faciliteren. Deze projecten dienen, met behulp van het framewerk van de Social Development Goals, te worden toegepast op de behoeftes vanuit de wijk en zo bij te dragen aan het creëren van duurzame relaties en contacten tussen inwoners in de Haagse wijken.
