Stichting HERO

Stichting HERO stands for humans and animals. We aim to make the world a better place with the help of dogs. Through the support of assistance dogs, we rebuild, empower and re-integrate people in society. Stichting HERO provides people with a connection and takes people out of social isolation, in an individually tailored way. Too many people struggle to keep up with the fast pace of today’s world, which forces too many people to (partially) withdraw from society. Stichting HERO believes we are here to help our fellow man, which is why we offer support to those who need it. We provide assistance dogs to people who need that extra bit of lasting support to get by and live their lives. Stichting HERO breeds, trains, selects, matches and place assistance dogs.
