Stichting Kunst salon heeft als missie een brug te slaan tussen de kunsten en gezondheidszorg. De kunsten kunnen op veel manieren waardevol zijn voor de medische wereld in therapeutische setting, in het medische onderwijs en voor het welzijn van personeel. We willen de gezondheidssector motiveren de kunsten te omarmen als kennispartner en inspiratiebron. Van de andere kant willen we bewustzijn creëren binnen de culturele sector van hun kracht en waarde op het gebied van gezondheid en welzijn.
