Stichting JESS biedt informatie, advies en begeleiding voor iedereen van - 9 tot 27 jaar in regio Den Haag en omgeving. Eén plek waar je terecht kunt vanaf het moment van zwangerschap tot aan je 27e verjaardag. JESS is een stichting waarbinnen onder andere het Jongeren Informatiepunt (JIP), het Jeugd Interventie (JIT) en het schoolmaatschappelijk werk (SMW+) samenwerken. Samen met een jongere of gezin gaan we op pad voor een eigen plek in de samenleving. Een plek die past bij het eigen talent en kracht. Jong En Samen Sterk: JESS
