Menjadi

Menjadi provides organizational development support to local conservation CSOs. We work with community-based and local CSOs who are doing impactful work to support Indigenous People's and Local Communities to manage their land and sea. We aim to support the localization movement and to shift the power to local CSOs and local leaders, by supporting local CSOs in advancing their mission and strategies. Menjadi leads with empathy and takes a long-term view on organizational development, recognizing this has to be contextualized, in-person and customized to context and organizational culture, to be effective. We can provide support on strategic planning, communications, monitoring & evaluation, fundraising, financial management, team management and operational planning. Our passion is working alongside passionate and effective local CSOs, helping them to build strong, impactful and resilient organizations. We want to see local CSOs leading the dialogue and strategy for local conservation, globally.
