The mission of the non-profit European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF) is to ensure that people with allergies receive the best possible guidance in everyday matters and treatment options. ECARF is dedicated to integrating people with severe allergies and dealing responsibly with allergies and allergens. The foundation is politically committed at the federal and state level to raising the required awareness of allergies and appealing for long overdue improvements.
The ECARF Institute was founded in 2010. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the non-profit European Centre for Allergy Research Foundation (ECARF). All profits are channelled into the non-profit work of the ECARF Foundation. ECARF Institute's main activities are consulting on allergy-related matters and the inspection and certification of allergy-friendly products and services.
