The Stiftung Friedliche Revolution is committed to preserving the spirit of the Peaceful Revolution of 1989 and to promoting democracy, cultural diversity, peaceful coexistence and the protection of our natural environment. #Networking We stand up for democratic structures and human rights and promote the exchange of civil society groups and actors at local and international level. #Mediating We are actively involved in political education and promote the communication of democracy, human rights and non-violence through art and culture. #Encouraging We encourage people to stand up for democratic values, get involved in civil society and advocate for a fairer and more inclusive society. #Community-building We are committed to embedding the Peaceful Revolution of 1989 and its core values in the European cultural memory. #solidarity-building We run projects and campaigns that strengthen social justice and social cohesion.
