These companies are among the leading suppliers of advisory services within mergers and acquisitions in Denmark. Through this period I have advised in a significant numbers of disposals, acquisitions, capital raisings and valuation. I have been engaged in all types of transactions ranging from small cap to international large cap transactions. In the latest years I have focused on the small to mid-cap transactions.
