Stighter & Partners Auditors and Tax Advisors has two offices in the Netherlands (Amsterdam and Alkmaar) and employs about 25 employees.
Since the start of our activities, we have had a growing practice in working for companies in the middle market, companies thinking about going public (IPO), international operating companies and subsidiaries of international operating companies.
We have a various client portfolio. These clients vary from small firms with several employees to (international operating) clients with a several hundreds of employees. For these clients we mostly audit the financial statements, but smaller clients only need review or compilation of the financial statements. Because a big part of our clients are personally held companies, we also deliver services for there personal holdings, as well as prepare tax filings for them personally. The markets of our clients vary from professional sports organisations, IT, promotion, financials to constructing and wholesale. But also Television is part of the market we are in. Furthermore we do a lot of investigations / special projects.
For the purpose of high quality, we also do have a membership of a Dutch organisation for audit firms (SRA) which tests whether our company meets high quality standards. Through this organisation we also have access to a world wide network of auditing and accounting firms, called INAA (www.inaa.org).
