LEADING MINDFUL CHANGE As the world around us becomes more complex and disruptive, yet more connected than ever before, we find that traditional ways of leading change are becoming less effective. The success of directive and top down approaches is decreasing. Emergent approaches to leading change are becoming critical to success. In our 2015 round of global research, we compared the most successful leaders with the least successful ones.
