Meditation is a method of promoting the release of unhealthy stress and an increase in self-awareness. Stillness Center teaches the 1 Giant Mind ‘Being’ technique in a 3-day course. This technique is a simple, elegant and practical method of finding the Stillness within, and is suitable for both beginners and experienced meditators.
The Stillness Center is also a place. A purpose-built stillness retreat is coming into being in the high country of Northern Colorado in an area called Red Feather Lakes.
