Implementing, Monitoring and Analysis During implementation and later stages, especially in change projects, leaders and managers often need a guiding light through the chaos of daily routine. I provide a structured approach through continued follow-up coaching or short workshops. Enhancing and Changing After many months of strategic activity and once the results come in, it’s time to make sure agreements for change in processes are followed through. Moderating follow-up workshops and consulting on policy change is where my clients often also ask for support.
