Wir sind eine B2B-Schneidermanufaktur, die sozial und ökologisch nachhaltig arbeitet und sich mit einem sozialunternehmerischen Ansatz für die Integration von geflüchteten Schneiderinnen einsetzt. Unter dem Gütesiegel „Made in Germany“ produzieren wir mit geflüchteten und professionellen Schneiderinnen Kleinserien für hochwertige Modelabels – und das regional, transparent und fair.
Gleichzeitig ermöglichen wir den Frauen mittels einer Dualen Ausbildung ihren Abschluss nachzuholen, um die formale Anerkennung ihrer mitgebrachten Fähigkeiten per Gesellenbrief als Maßschneiderin zu erreichen. Wir begleiten dabei intensiv durch den Ausbildungsprozess, indem wir ergänzend Sprachförderung, berufsschulbezogene Nachhilfe, Prüfungsvorbereitungen und individuelle Unterstützung rund um das Thema „Ankommen in Deutschland“ bei uns in der Werkstatt anbieten.
Stitch by Stitch is a B2B dressmaker’s workshop, located in the trendy urban quarter of Frankfurt am Main. The special approach of our company is to work with professional female seamstresses who had to flat their countries as a result of war or political persecution. Most of the women are refugees and came to Germany. Our goal consists of two parts. First of all we want to support the integration process of our employees: In our company they can complete an apprenticeship and receive further qualification through German language courses, private coaching or further training. We join forces with fashion labels which like to have small series or samples that are produced in a regional, transparent and fair environment.
