About St John's Innovation Park

St John’s Innovation Park, owned by St John’s College, University of Cambridge, is an integral part of the North Cambridge research and development cluster, the most established and well connected technology location outside of the city centre. As such the Park is privileged to be home to a number of innovative and exciting R&D, technology and life science organisations including DarkTrace, IESO Digital Health, PwC, Qualcomm, Raspberry PI and Samsung. Further development of St John’s Innovation Park to enable it to continue to support its current dynamic and ambitious occupiers and welcome new organisations to the site has long been part of the strategic vision of St John’s College. The Dirac Building represents the next phase of that vision becoming reality. On completion the development will deliver two office buildings, a new transport hub and gym in the north western corner of the Park. Enhancing the health and wellbeing of all those at the Park, through the provision of additional amenity and enriched public realm is a priority for the St John’s Innovation Park team. Regular activities and events encourage interaction and provide an opportunity for occupier’s to get to know one another. The café/restaurant is an ideal one stop shop for lunch or a mid-morning (or afternoon!) snack and the outside space offers multiple areas for relaxation and reflection during a busy day. Contact our commercial agents, Savills for to arrange a viewing or find out more about a specific space.
