Who we are: The St. Louis Food Truck Association (SLFTA) is a collaborative group of food truck owner-operators located primarily in the St. Louis, MO metropolitan area. We are focused on innovation in hospitality, high quality food, and community development. The SLFTA is dedicated to working in partnership with the municipal offices to develop food truck regulations that protect public health and safety, promote innovative small businesses, and ensure the best interest of the consumer.
