St Luke’s is the local hospice for Harrow and Brent. We care for people whose illnesses are no longer curable, enabling them to achieve the best possible quality of life during the final stages of their illness.
Our vision is a world where everyone with an incurable illness can access the care they need to live well, to know that their family and carers are supported, and to die with dignity in the place of their choice.
We aim to care for people, in their own homes supported by our Community and Hospice @ Home teams, in the Woodgrange Day Care Centre, or in our In-Patient Unit.
We are proud to offer all of our services free of charge.
