Was established as a vehicle to supply and import various innovations in machinery and materials to supply and be used by its own sister contracting company Diamond Cutters until it was sold.
STM has used its experience to offer unique products for overcoming problems, wether it is Hand Arm Vibration or Offering Rapid Setting Cement technology.
In 2011 we became the exclusive dealer for RNP in Canada who manufacture P.A.M ( positioner-actuator-manipulator) which is a support arm for a range of air tools that helps isolate operatives and reduce operatives to the effects of HAVS. It was initially designed for the concrete repair and restoration industry for breaking out concrete on vertical and overhead applications. Other models are available for demolitioning cooling towers and chimneys from mast climbers.
In 2012 we became the exclusive distributor for the CTS Cement Corporation in the UK and Ireland importing the product direct from the USA, mainly for use by sister company Diamond Cutters Ltd until it was sold.
It allowed us to offer solutions for repairing concrete that none of the other well known UK manufacturers could offer. We achieve structural strength and can be trafficked in 1 hour.
In 2012 CTS Cement appointed family owned company Korodur GmbH established since 1936 in Germany the exclusive rights to manufacture and supply the whole of Europe the Rapid Set brand.
They Europeanised the product ensuring it met EN and CE standards and it fitted in well in their manufacturing facility. Korodur also manufacture their own range of products and offer a range of heavy duty industrial flooring, Dry Shake and Wet on Wet systems which are sold to 60 countries around the world. I was appointed in 2016 as consultant for UK Business Development by Korodur to set up a distribution network and work on specification and offer technical back up to contractors.
This was to ensure the products were available nationwide.
