STOBI WINERY is the newest and most modernly designed Macedonian winery, located in the Tikvesh wine region, in the municipality of Gradsko, next to the ancient site Stobi, where it gets its name from. Committed to creating wines of superb and impeccable quality, we work according to the most contemporary standards and apply the latest technological advancements in the overall production process. In order to ensure top quality, our production is based exclusively on grapes grown on our own vineyards, which extend over an area of 600 hectares and include traditional varieties such as Vranec, Kadarka, Kratoshija, Stanushina, Zilavka, Zupljanka, Smederevka, Temjanika, Plavec, as well as international wine varieties. In order to maintain and preserve the quality of the grapes, we nurture it with the most modern methods in agriculture and strictly control the fertility and the yield. We cut out every vine correctly and accurately to match the growth and maturation. Stobi wines are clean and non-contaminated concerning pesticides, heavy metals, residues and contaminants. The use of SO2 is 30 to 50% lower compared to the average. Therefore, the pleasure in our wines does not cause any headaches, but just pleasant bliss. And since the end crowns the work, bottles and corks with top and highly controlled quality are used for the wines of Stobi, which ensure complete preservation of the rich and sumptuous flavours and aromas of each wine.
