The Stoke Model

The Stoke Model has been established to create an alternative economy that is built to function in the interests of ordinary people, small businesses, and those excluded from the mainstream economy. The Stoke Model will achieve this through the delivery of a hyper-local economic model that focuses on: 1) The elimination of waste in all its forms 2) The establishment and growth of Universal Basic Services 3) The development of an innovation unit that will focus on the redesign of service provision, saleable intellectual capital, technology and patents.
