Mid-South Engineering has acquired Stolberg Engineering Ltd. Stolberg Engineering was a Multi-Disciplinary Engineering company that specialized in the Forest Products industry, such as Sawmills, Planermills, Pellet Plants, Chip Plants, Veneer Plants, and Plywood Plants, and was based out of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. Stolberg worked on projects all over the world including Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, and South Africa. Stolberg started in 1947 as a construction company and in its glory worked projects employing hundreds of people at a time. The Engineering arm of started in 1981 and was the worlds leader in Sawmill and Wood Processing facilities Design-Build projects.
