We are a collaboration between Stone Town Council and independent community news website A Little Bit of Stone.
Stone Town Council have provided the funding and a virtual call centre, A Little Bit of Stone has sourced an army of 200 volunteers and is co-ordinating the operational requirements of the helpline.
Our dedicated phone line is manned by a team of volunteers between 8am and 6pm, 7 days a week.
