Stonebridge Home Care is the perfect home care solution for residents of Ada, Canyon, Gem, and Elmore Counties in Southwest Idaho. Our mission and purpose is to keep you or your loved one at home for as long as you desire to be there. Our caregiving team can provide assistance with housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, bathing and toileting assistance, shopping, exercise routines, and transportation. We offer shifts from 2 hours a day to 24 hours a day. Because no circumstance is the same, our schedules and employees are flexible and friendly. We offer care anywhere from 2 hours a day to 24 hours a day.
