Stone Changes supports professional women managers to step into their roles as positive leaders change through coaching, courses and a community, addressing the chronic lack of senior female leadership in business. Our mission is to equip professional women with the practical tools and wisdom to navigate their careers, overcome fears, and lead teams positively through change and periods of uncertainty. We're also committed to empowering young female adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to cope in an increasingly changing world, and remain resilient in the face of uncertainty.
