StoneGate Assisted Living Development Company of Florida (StoneGate DevCo) researches optimal site locations for affordable, private pay, assisted living facilities in Florida. Our mission is to serve the middle market, those that can't qualify for Medicaid (too much income or net worth) while not having great enough income or assets to be able to afford today's high priced, market rate, private pay facilities. While maintaining the same level of care, Stonegate is able to reduce the monthly cost to our residents by over $1,000 by seeking out site locations that are both conveniently located in high demand areas, yet affordable on a per acre basis. In addition, we develop an efficient building that meets the needs of our residence without lavish features that add no value to the quality of care. By keeping the cost of the facilities down, StoneGate DevCo is able to maintain the same level of services and care while reducing the monthly cost to our community members.
