Non-Governmental Organization Center for Analytical Studies and Countering Hybrid Threats was established in 2020 to strengthen Ukraine's political, economic, informational and military security and other countries affected by the warfare of a new type. The Center studies the nature and patterns of hybrid war, which authoritarian regimes wage against democracies. The Center aims to create mechanisms for identifying both overt and covert threats at their early stages and effective counteraction to those threats.
The Center cooperates with public authorities to utilise the research results in governmental decisions, partners with Ukrainian and international NGOs working in this field and works with the media to cover and expose the existing threats to the public.
